1. Overview

Welcome to https://esimformalaysia.com. This store is operated personally under the brand eSim For Malaysia (“I,” “me,” “we,” or “us”). By browsing or buying an eSIM, you agree to these Terms of Service.

2. Digital products (eSIMs)

eSim For Malaysia sells digital data-only eSIM profiles for use in Malaysia. They connect to the U Mobile network as a roaming line.

• Device compatibility: You must confirm your phone is eSIM-capable and unlocked before purchase. We are not liable for incompatible or locked devices.
• Delivery: After successful payment, QR code and install steps are sent to the email used at checkout.
• Coverage & speed: We work with connectivity partners on the U Mobile network. Coverage and speed depend on location, network load, and U Mobile’s infrastructure.
• Data only: Plans include mobile data only, with no phone number, calls, or SMS. WhatsApp calls work over data.
• Data Roaming: Data Roaming must be turned on for the eSIM line for it to connect in Malaysia. There is no extra charge. Keep Data Roaming off on your home SIM.
• Validity: Plan days start when the eSIM is installed. Each plan day is a rolling 24 hours, not a midnight reset. Pick one day more than your stay. There are no top-ups.
• Apps: TikTok and most AI apps, such as ChatGPT, do not work on this eSIM.

3. Pricing and payments

Prices may change without notice. Payment is processed by our checkout provider (e.g. Whop). By paying, you confirm you are authorized to use that payment method. We may refuse or limit orders at our discretion.

4. Refunds

Refunds for digital eSIMs follow our Refund Policy. In short: once a QR is issued, sales are generally final except for verified defective (never-activated) QR codes, which may be replaced. If we cannot issue your eSIM after payment, the order is refunded. See the Refund Policy page for full rules.

5. Acceptable use

You may not use the Site or eSIMs for unlawful purposes, or to abuse, resell without permission, or attack the Service.

6. Intellectual property

Site content (text, graphics, logos) belongs to eSim For Malaysia or its licensors and may not be copied for commercial use without permission.

7. Third-party links

The Site may link to third parties (payment, Telegram, guides). We are not responsible for their content or practices.

8. Limitation of liability

To the fullest extent allowed by law, eSim For Malaysia is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from use of the Site or eSIM products, including coverage gaps outside our control.

9. Governing law

These Terms are governed by the laws of Vietnam, without regard to conflict-of-law rules.

10. Changes

We may update these Terms by posting a new version on this page. Continued use of the Site after changes means you accept the updated Terms.
